Paul earned an MSME degree from Purdue University, an MSEE degree from Carnegie-Mellon, and an MBA from Pitt. He has 43 years of experience in industrial energy management, is a Licensed Professional Engineer, and holds 5 US patents. Originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, he now resides in Cleveland, Ohio.

Tracy earned a degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri. She has over 30 years of experience in project management and operations in the power & energy industry, including ABB and Cooper Power Systems. She is responsible for project leadership and development of standard models for ISO50001-compliant energy performance management from her office in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Jan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delft, Netherlands. He worked in business development for boiler companies in Holland and the US and for Schneider Electric where he managed an international team of account managers in their Sustainability Business Division before joining Improv. He lives in Louisville, KY.

Andrés graduated with honors from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi with a bachelor’s degree in physics. In addition, he has a master’s degree in Energy Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has experience in energy projects in the industry, including energy contracts, green hydrogen, photovoltaic solar projects, energy cost optimization, and electrical installation projects. Andres is passionate about the energy sector and enthusiastic about environmental conservation.

Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Saint Louis University. She has experience in copywriting and technical editing, and she is especially interested in all things digital marketing. Hannah enjoys putting her communication skills to work for Improv Engineers by helping develop polished deliverables and content. She resides in Saint Louis, Missouri.
